Valentine's Day Party!

We had a fabulous time celebrating Valentine's Day with the ones we love!  We had delicious food and fun games!  We listened to the soundtrack from "The Greatest Showman" and played musical chairs!  The children got these groovy glasses!!  Thanks to everyone that volunteered that day and to the parents that sent in food!  You guys are the best!!!

Integrating the Arts with Mr. Jef

We were very fortunate to have an entire week with Mr. Jef Lamdin.  He integrated the arts by teaching the children about mime.  They spent the week learning about techniques and then he used the techniques to teach subtraction with regrouping!  The children had a great time and loved their  lessons with Mr. Jef!

We had a visitor from the Watershed Ecology Program come to Pine Street to teach our class all about push, pull, friction, gravity and so much more!  We had a great time learning and interacting!!
