First Day of Kindergarten

We had a fabulous first day of Kindergarten!  Your kiddos are the best!  We enjoyed getting to know one another and learning about the rules and routines of Kindergarten and Pine Street School!  Bless their sweet little hearts because there is so much to learn about rules and routines; I know it must be overwhelming for five year olds, but they are doing great!  We are now off and running and learning so much!!  Hold on to your hats because this year is going to fly by!  Here are a few pics from our first day of Kindergarten!

Welcome to Pine Street Kindergarten!  We are so thrilled to have you in our Pine Street Family!  Mrs. Polly Wolly and I have worked really hard this summer getting ready for this school year!  WE hope that your child will have a wonderful experience this year in kindergarten!  We want your child to feel loved and safe everyday while they are in our care!  We promise to do everything possible to make this the best year ever!  We already love these little doodlebugs so much!!

We celebrated our last Doodlebug birthday today!  It was super fun with ice cream sandwiches and the birthday girl read us a book, It Looked Like Spilt Milk.  Happy Birthday and we hope your birthday wish will come true!

Happy Birthday to a Summer Birthday Boy

We had a great time celebrating one of our summer birthdays.  We had a cookie cake and the children loved it!  We got lucky and had an exemption day for our celebration!  He even had his mom and big brother come for the party!  It was a special day for a special boy!  Happy Birthday Doodlebug!
