We read the book, Enemy Pie, and we made our own enemy pies. Enemy Pie is a precious book about a little boy that has one enemy in his life.  His dad tells him that he has a secret that will get rid of an enemy forever and the secret is to make an enemy pie.  The little boy thinks of all the gross things that will be in the pie, but the pie looks and smells delicious.  The dad tells his little boy that he must spend the day with his enemy if the enemy pie is to work.  The little boy spends the day with his enemy and they become best friends!  They enjoy the pie at the end of the day!!!  We made our enemy pie using pudding, sprinkles, gummy bears and M&Ms.  YUMMY!  The children loved their enemy pie!
