A Very Special Flyover at the Pine Palace!
Today was a VERY exciting day at the Pine Palace! We had a special visitor in the sky!
One of our very own Pine Palace friends had a very special reason to look up today—her uncle was making his final flight in the military! To make the day even more special, he flew right over our school… not once, not twice, but THREE times!
As soon as we heard the airplane overhead, we headed outside to watch. We were so excited to see the plane flying above us and even more excited to know that someone connected to our class was up there!
It was such a wonderful opportunity for our students to see a little piece of a very special day in the life of a military service member. We are so thankful for the dedication and service of those who protect and serve our country.
And what a way to make a final flight one that our Pine Palace family will always remember!
